Since she is already at the school i would wonder what her fellow students think of her look. i don't know Texas, but have guy friends who went to A&M. They said the sororities are really concervative, but their definition and mine might be different. I would say that she should ask friends at her school, especially one who are in sororities what they think. Especially if people are already going to know that is how she dresses, if it was me and I knew her and she came up to me totally different I would wonder what changed about her just her hair or is her personality different too. This is only my opinion, but I have known girls who dress one way to try and fit in with a group, they don't fit in and then go looking for a different group and then change the way they dress ect. I would assume this is what she is doing, but this is just me. I say, ask people at your school because they know what you look like and what would go over and not go over.
