There are a lot of options here. What you will need to even discuss these options is #1, a credible person to negotiate on your behalf. The school is probably not going to broker a 30-year land lease, or anything of that nature with an undergrad. If I were in your shoes, I'd certainly be at least a little concerned about my own knowledge regarding such things.

Do what AGDee said, your organization apparently has resources here.

Another option would be to try to get your alums, and probably the alums of the rest of the NPC organizations on campus to form some sort of legal entity (a corporation) which would be empowered to negotiate with the school regarding a long-term solution for Greek housing.

If you have a go-to alumna on this sort of thing, consider contacting her as well as your National.
