My advice is to concentrate on building strong relationships with the brothers in your alumnae chapter and don't worry so much about the undergrads right now. If you demonstrate excellence in your alumnae chapter and show that you are on top of things, they'll have no choice but to respect you for what you bring to the organization as opposed to how you came in.
