Yeah, I always believe it's natural too. Right down to finding my friend with the "boat tan" had a tanning bed in her house.
I'm sorry, typically only people who gush over tanning are others that tan. It's fake, like false eyelashes and fake friends. "It looks fab" = "you will need Botox sooner than I". You may love it now, but it will catch up with you sooner, rather than later.
I was a lifeguard for years, and always had a deep tan. Luckily, I was
smart enough to stop with the rays in my 20s. Many friends my age and younger have had "work" done on their faces already. My "work" comes in the form of a $20 wide-brimmed hat and lots of sunscreen.
