We met a group of guys on spring break and one of them was a classic liar. According to him, he made $80,000 a year and had a full ride to college. The guys had the hotel room that adjoined ours, so we ended up spending most of the week hanging out with them. And we used the liar as much as we could- we would let him pay for all sorts of things since he had so much money

About 6 months later I ran into one of the other guys from next door at Halloween at OU and he told me that all of the guys had pretty much stopped talking to the liar.
