That's my chapter! I never could figure out why everyone at Conventions/RLCs thought it was so weird we were the only NPC on our campus, but now I see why.
There are several locals on campus, as well as CERES, Sigma Alpha, and Sigma Alpha Iota, but it's not quite the same.
