I have to say that I loved the way we did ours. Women got the call early if there was no match. If there was a match, we went to the office of Greek Life during a specific time frame and we opened our bids in private-meaning in the office with the director. If we accepted we signed. Later that day there was a huge bids day where all of us met with our chapters at the student union and took pictures. It was in the same room that the first event took place in which really gave a sense of closure to the whole week.) It was a huge deal. We were presented with flowers and made to feel really special. All of Panhellenic did it together and it was great because you got to see all of the friends you met during rush. Greek Life also hired a professional photographer the put "GLO" Bid Day "Year" on a huge group photo that each new member got to keep. It is still one of my favorite memories.
