What about a Jeopardy-style game? The Alpha Xi trivia thread in this forum has some great questions. This could be done at the chapter retreat or at an all-chapter event, and a prize could be awarded.
She could send a chapter-wide email with an interesting fact or excerpt from the Fraternity Heritage manual.
Make up a crossword puzzle or a word search. There is inexpensive software out there that can create these.

We did a jeopardy game for NMO, and everyone really liked it. We also get assigned reading from our bonds of sisterhood at chapter, and then if we can answer a question at next chapter about it, we get a little prize. It's fun.
