It's very weird... I know these boys, esp. the two "kingpins" through my roommate. One is her best friend, and he was always in her room. I knew he smoked a lot, but I never had any idea he dealt like that. She also dated another at one point, and THAT is a sad case. His entire fraternity was trying to do an intervention with him- he was on so many different drugs I don't think anyone ever knew him sober. He stole her migraine meds at one point and would pass out in our room high on morphine. When his pledge brothers would wake him up, he'd be so strung out and incoherant... it's sad more than anything, that here are several people who will more than likely serve serious time (MPD is looking to make a big example out of this; otherwise they wouldn't have invested 2 months in a sting operation) and whose lives are ruined. I can't imagine paying to put my child through school and receiving this call... I can't fathom what their parents are going through right now. All of these boys come from stable, middle-class homes, never hurt for $$$, and I know a couple of their parents- wonderful people. Of course, you can never know the whole story, but it's very disheartening and deflating.
XO_Princess... PM me.... when did you graduate?? I think we had this convo once before, but I forget
