Well, the horse had nothing to do with my right of Free Speech (or expression).
But neither did the framers (as a group) of the original Constitution who specifically rejected including a bill of rights.
Those first ten amendments, including the rights mentioned above came later.
That's often misunderstood by among the brightest.
