So this happened at my school last night... on my floor, they arrested my neighbors and the boys across the hall. It was well-known that they all were dealers, and I think one of them sold to an undercover cop. A couple of fraternity boys that I know were arrested- one was the ringleader, and the other was his pledge brother and roommate who turned himself in after his brother was arrested. They all face serious charges, and will probably serve time. There was a lot of illegal substances moving through their hands... the sad thing is that they're all under 21, and most them got mixed up in the wrong scene. Several are freshmen.
What do you think about the war on drugs? Is it winnable? What do you feel is appropriate punishment?
