It's my understanding here that the PNM can go through more rounds of rush and meet the other groups. If they don't see anything they like better, they can drop out in favor of trying to get into the colony. |
On the one hand, I would think that may be risky for the PNM since it would be like SIP, but at the same time a colony will most likely be taking more new members than an established chapter would since they would try to bid the average chapter size.
