I was going to say that it's definately a 2004 pin because I "saved" a pin from Ebay about two years ago from 1915 and at that point they were putting the entire year on the pins.

Can the seller be reported for possible theft? It sounds a bit fishy that the seller is claiming it is a "vintage" pin and that it came from an "estate".
