font is difficult to read. capt. jack rum theme, pirates of the caribbean theme, "limin'"=chillin in the b.v.i.'s, tommy bahamas theme would all work well with fiji island theme.
you might google "pirate t-shirts" (there are hundreds of designs) for some inspiration-cafepress.com is one you might try. let us know what the final design looks like.
