That's how my school did it too and it eased the judgmental factor of FR a little bit
Fact is, if you have enough girls going through, you need pics to help identify the women you talked to, index cards between rounds simply isn't enough. And why not allow the PNM to pick their best picture to send in with their application to maximizee their chances?
