As a woman, I don't even like fake stuff. I don't like fake nails, colored contacts (on men or women), weaves, fake eyelashes, (what I consider to be) excessive makeup, or fake body parts.
So I can understand why a man would find those things unattractive and would not want to date a woman with that stuff. I think people who need to doctor themselves up like that are fake on the outside and sometimes on the inside, too.
I don't wear anklets and don't see women wearing them often.
However, when I wear stilettos, I wear certain types of stilettos with certain types of outfits and to certain types of events. I think that PB just hasn't seen stylishly sophisticated women who don't confuse stilettos with hooker gear.
