We have a team system where every brother is assigned to a team and depending on things (scholarship, intermurals, rush, community service, et al) that team is recognized every week. We also do an MVP award and it goes to somebody who really did a lot that week.
We also have some yearly and semesterly awards, named after founding fathers. We don't give out a lot of humorous awards, because lots of our members would misinterpret them, but we make sure that anybody who deserves recognition gets something, because fifty years from now, that's going in the chapter history and they can show it to their kids.
