I generally think carefully about what I say and I'm pretty embarrassed about this: Last night, during the first night of rush, I was talking to one of the ladies in the sorority. I was making conversation with her and we were talking about bids and preference parties, etc. I accidentally said, "Did you get invites from all three sororities?" instead of "Can you..." and she looked at me and said, "...You can."

I felt so awful.

Should I make a point to tell her that it was a mistake or should I just forget about it? I've been thinking about it all day and am worried.
