Time Management's the Key

I'm currently taking 18 hours, working 20 plus hours a week at a department store, volunteering every Saturday and one other day a week with a Community Service program that I started and am the coordinator for, I'm VP of one of my honor societies, I'm in a modeling troupe that practices 3 days a week, and involved with other numerous activities, trust me I get so stressed sometimes. But two pieces of advice I have are to 1.) Take shorts naps during the day, that way you won't get sleepy early so you'll be able to stay up later to finish up school work and the second I got from one of my professors 2.) When you eat don't eat too much, because you know how we are, if we eat too much we get sleepy. I usually only eat one meal a day with snacks for lunch. I've done research and there's nothing wrong with skipping lunch, it's healthy, so just have a nice size dinner and get to work. I also take time out to read fashion magazines when I need a break from reality. I get motivated when I see something that I want and I know I'll have to work hard to get it.
