Well, our chapter lived at this house several years ago and from what I've heard it wasn't exactly in the best shape when we lived there, so it's not really much of a surprise that the heater gave out. ZTA officially gets their charter tomorrow I believe since the founding mother class went through initiation the past couple of nights. ATO is also in the process of recolonizing I talked to one of their guys at the recruitment fair today and he said they hope to be able to apply for their charter by the end of this semester, so that's a good thing.
