eta - you may wish to contact a local florist (or one on-line for that matter) and send her some congratulatory irises. (I would stay away from anything with a crest until after she is initiated - I'm not sure about Kappa's rules about that, but I know many GLOs have a "no crest until initiation" rule. Enjoy!)
