I just looked at some pictures from the Centennial Celebration at the Alpha Chapter. Even though I didn't know a soul in any of those photos, my heart knew them. They are my Sorors, my sisters, my strong ivy vine. Knowing that there are over 200,000 women with the same ideals and purpose, with the same classiness and dedication to service and sisterhood is what I love about Alpha Kappa Alpha. Knowing that there is a deep and instanteous bond between all of my Sorors is what I love about Alpha Kappa Alpha. Knowing that this bond started 100 years ago, is strong today and will be stronger tomorrow is what I love about Alpha Kappa Alpha. And knowing that each of us is just a small but very valuable piece of a *much* larger puzzle is definitely what i love about Alpha Kappa Alpha.
