Dear Co-Worker,
Please do not click "reply all" on general emails when you have a personal situation and question that you need to ask the Supervisor. As much as we love you, I am sure none of us need to know your personal issues as to why you can't make meetings, the special circumstances with your cases, the random question about a random conversation that you and the supervisor privately had in her office (that none of us need to or care to know about).
