I don't get the whole cowboy boot and dress thing. I went to a bunch of games at UT this fall and that is "the" look with the girls (the dresses are hideous shades of burnt orange too - a shirt yes, but a jersey, clingy dress - NO). Some girls looked cuter than others, but across the board, it is a hard look to pull off because of how it cuts you in pieces. LOL so true!!! Many unfortunate women making these style choices for UT football games! I personally usually wear a jean skirt with a UT shirt, but I know for undergrad Greeks it's customary to dress up a bit more. I don't know why the jersey dresses are so popular though--I've seen some cuter dresses at the Co-op and other places that look like a million times better than those jersey things. I think the boots are on their way out though... although I can understand that they're way more comfortable than heels...
At my school Lily Pulitzer was de rigeur for football games, so go figure.
