So, I just got off the phone with the IT guy at work who was working on my Dell XPS laptop, and he said that the hard drive is completely messed up and he can't fix it unless I get a new hard drive.
I'm still paying this thing off, my warranty is expired and I definitely DO NOT have the money to fix it or get a new hard drive.
I don't even know what to say when I call Dell, any advice???
