I know when I was going through the XYZ girl would say "do you have any questions" and my response was always "You already answered them
". You might ask how the girl you're talking to has changed/grown since becoming an XYZ or what other opportunities XYZ had opened up for her. Abstract questions can really give you insight to the overall experience.
