I think I've actually seen a dress like that before.
There are women's cufflink shirts but they are relatively rare. Does your blouse have buttons, too?
What types of things does he enjoy doing? How does he dress? Those types of questions go into what you should get him. Also I believe MSN is one of a few sites that have anniversary ideas.
