At my school Panhel would pick a few people (from different groups, including people on Panhel) to go present about Greek life in the dorms. We also had a fall carnival where all the chapters had different booths during orientation week.
People would take out freshmen and become their friends, but that's a fine line ... like if you buy your new friend a birthday present, is that OK?
