Yeah, I didn't want to totally say Nate and Jen because it was early and I didn't want to post spoilers for those on the West coast. Now though? Woooohooo! They are gone! How embarassed would you be to watch yourself acting like them after the fact? I couldn't take her whining anymore.
I love how much the dad has changed in the father/daughter team. I think this game changed their lives for the better. I do think they've had a significant advantage in the last couple legs because she knew the language, but their teamwork has gotten them to where they are, ultimately. I didn't like when the daughter told the woman at the ticket desk to tell other teams that there were no more seats. Win on your own merit, not by playing dirty.
I really admire the grandfather in that team. He has kept up with the young folks in a very impressive way. His grandson has showed a lot of compassion too, always checking on how grandpa is doing, "can you run?", things like that. Again, memories that the grandson will cherish when grandpa passes on.
TK and Rachel have done a great job of working together, respecting each other and not losing their cool. They even recognized that they almost really screwed up because they were losing it (at the floating gardens) and pulled it back together. They made an amazing comeback during this leg of the race.
