Yes, that would be ratcheting back. More "open eyes" and less running of the keyboard. If you keep up your pace, it seems inevitable you will eventually trip up and then it may be all over. The knowledgeable, successful women here often mention their very loooonnngggg periods of silence (while watching and learning) and entrance INTO their sisterhoods before they ever piped up on behalf of their organization. Just suggesting you'd be wise to follow suit.
