you are not required to submit a transcript before signing up for the test. I do know that if you get a “C” in any class while in business school(in the programs that I’ve researched), you have to repeat that class and/or placed on academic probation. Below a "C", you run the risk of getting kicked out. Maybe this issue somehow got confused with the test itself.
