I know lots of couples who register for board games, and I those are always my favorite gifts to give, because I'll usually get them one or two they asked for, then a small travel-sized game so they can take it on their honeymoon. (one couple was obsessed w/ scrabble, so much so that they had a honeymoon scrabble tournament w/ the magnetic board I gave them).

As for me and my husband-to-be...don't think we're going to register. Not because we have everything, in fact, we have nothing because we haven't lived together, but because we're most likely going to live in Scotland and we can't be lugging dishes here with us. Sooo, we might register for small/packable things (sheets), but aside from that, we're hoping that the lack of registry and the word-of-mouth of our move will give people enough direction if they decide to give a gift.
