I've heard rumors of chapters getting in trouble or shut down because of pictures on Facebook, but I don't know if any of it is true.

I think the personnel chair should be the person monitoring the websites,because she is the person best equipt with the knowledge of the rules. The P-Board is also the place to go should any violations of the chi omega rules be posted online.

It's really hard to make a complete list, but things should be taken on a case by case basis. Also, frequently remind the girls not to post anything they wouldn't want their parents/employers to see.

It's also important to keep in mind that you cant post everything just because your page is "friends only". Someone who is your friend today might not be your friend tomorrow.
