I have met a couple of your AXO Tartan alums in DC.
When I was there in the days of the dinosaur, all 5 NPC groups lived above Margaret Morrison. It was very egalitarian as we all had the same square footage/floorplan with which compete. Now 2 Panhel GLOs have moved over to the fraternity quad. It seems as if this would skew the playing field.
