And, it's probably not in your best interest to be making public posts about this subject. Sounds like you're a witness and who knows, possibly an accomplice??? I have nothing to base that on other than the fact that you got her the DD, and, I'm not sure of where this litigation currently stands, but you should talk to your own attorney about this instead of posting on an internet message board.
