Have interest meetings, wing nights, etc. to get guys to come out. I know how it is to have administration working against you, we were the first fraternity on our campus here at CNU, and after 26-27 years (6 of being not recognized by campus), we finally lost our Charter :-(. Keep up the good work, and don't give administration any reason to dislike you guys.
