I don't know if this helps or not, but remember that there is not one person out there to whom this hasn't happened. I think a good assignment would be to make sure you spend your summer having a great time and getting to know as many new people as you can (although I think you're on the right track with the Kate Spade thing - I was feeling kind of "blah" today because my husband left today for three weeks and I wandered aimlessly into Nordstrom where I saw the sweetest li'l Kate makeup bag, and then a datebook that matched....and now I'm not feeling QUITE so rotten
)
