No it doesn't, but it seems to be (sadly) happening more and more. What is really sad is that students walk around aware that it could happen to them at their school. Schools are required to have so much more security than they did before. I can't even imagine having a 911 system when I was in school.
I only remember one campus shooting in the 80s
