I saw her talking to her mananger, and he sent appetizers out for us complimentary. We were not expecting the extras, but this was a very nice gesture.

I waitressed for a short time at a restaurant that was horribly slow at getting food out - especially on Saturday night. I had a table of younger girls (low 20's) come in, and I warned them that it was going to be a pretty long wait. I checked on them constantly, and I kept their drinks filled, and them updated how long the wait was going to be. They ended up leaving me a $20 for about $30 of food.
