Resolutions for 2008?
Hello Zeta ladies!
Anybody want to share your resolutions for 2008?
Mine for 2007 was to get healthier and I've done that by losing weight through cutting portions (thank you, LapBand!) and eating better. This next year I want to continue the process by working out.
My family was great about supporting me in my goal...my husband starting running and ran his first marathan a couple of weeks ago. My son, 13, cut back on sodas and my daughter, 11, cut back on unhealthy snacks (oranges & yogurt instead of chips & cookies).
