Well aside from all of the super bitchy replies, which I see are common on here, I already had spoken to my chapter and I had a few that I was thinking of but maybe I should have been more clear with what I wanted and I have no idea how other organizations choose theirs but for us we try to have it be pretty meaningful but what I was looking for was more of a theme to choose from. Anyway I figured them out a while ago and they fit perfectly.
