ok i had a weird dream:
I was on a trip in California with a large group. we all have huge backpacks and are touring SOMETHING. but were in the middle of a city - there's cars everywhere and its clearly a metropolitan area, so these camping-type backpacks are weird.
then im in a fancy Taco Bell (the building was decorated like with adobe, sort of like buildings in Mexico or Spain? but the interior was kinda like McDonalds) with my co-worker, and she takes out these sneakers from her bookbag (distinctly they are
white Nike TNs. she says she ordered them from Fauchon (which is a chocolate maker) and turn pink when you walk in them, but only if you attach the foam to the top of the sneaker.
so she demonstrates for me, and the top of the sneaker starts to turn a fuschia-type pink!
then my mother called me and i woke up. it only makes sense because:
a. i just ordered some Fauchon for my boss
b. my co-workers wears Nikes to work (not the same ones i am talking about though)
but i havent eaten Taco Bell in a while! probably over a year. and ive only been to CA once, and not while backpacking...
