Have you thought about starting a chapter of a community sorority on your campus? It could also go beyond your campus and have community members as well. ESA and Beta Sigma Phi are community sororities that also have collegiate chapters. I know ESA has a chapter at East Carolina University. I don't think they have rules that the chapters have to be at a 4 year school. That might help you attract people your own age to the chapter and establishing it at a school would give you a pool to draw members from.
