Bowl game attendance kind of separates the casual fan from the truly devoted, IMO. I'm more of a casual fan. TV is fine for my sports watching needs.

Sadly, no...I won't be heading to New Orleans to watch the Pineapple vs. Peach Bowl.
About 20 of my friends will be going and initially I was roaring to go, but
$3500 for 3 nights hotel, air, transportation, game day tailgate, and ticket was just too much for me and I was not willing to go back into debt again. A big stink went on with Sugar Bowl tickets that turned me off too.
My parents will be going to support the team (as they usually do with most away games), and I'm not sure if any of the Alpha Gams are going. It'd be nice if the Delta Sigmas and Gamma Alphas could get together! I like to call myself a devoted fan (season tickets since the late 80s!).
I'll most likely have friends and family over for a big BBQ/drunk fest on game day.
