Sisters-
Below is the list of future activities that may be of interest to you- I indicate where we will need alumnae or collegiate members present with an **:
February 15th**- we will participate in the first round only of U of D's formal recruitment; after which we will drop out and hold our own recruitment process. For this 1dt round event, we will want sisters there so if you are available please let me know.
March 9th**- ADPi's Recruitment process will begin with an Open House event where a presentation will be given and PNMs will sign up for interview times.
March 10-12th- Interviews conducted by Colonization Team
March 11th**- Philanthropy Night- another open house night with a focus on the Ronald McDonald House and we will complete a craft with the PNMs much like sororities do in formal recruitment
March 13th- Bid Day!!
March 14th**- Alpha Ceremony
March 15th- Colony Retreat
May 2nd- Officer Installation and Presentation of Gifts
May 3rd**- Initiation and Installation Banquet
Finally we will be asking alumnae association and chapters to send notes, tshirts, gifts etc and chapter members across the District will be acting as Diamond Sisters for the colony members- all exciting things given we estimate to have 120 members starting off!!!
