It sounds like a good idea, but concerning paying for the service is where any form of spam would come into play.

Sorry, went back and went through your site and as I read it, there are no fees to be charged.
Therefore I do not see how this could be construed as spamming as it is not a service that is to be paid for.
Did I read this correctly?
