the only time someone can possibly walk in less than 23 months in a case involving the death of another person is when it is a manslaughter case. manslaughter cases do not deal with premeditated acts such as lining dogs up to kill eachother. premeditated cases in which a human dies end up with murder charges and murderers don't get out in 2 years
