If you arent still involved in Theta as an alumnae, why not?

It's been a lot of different things for me. I think what keeps me motivated is personal - I
want to stay connected. Theta was so important to me as an undergrad and I'd hate to lose that connection. I still keep in contact with so many of my friends from my chapter that I might not have ever met had I not been a Theta.
Part of my involvement previously was as an adviser (2003-2006) for two different chapters. Now, I'm currently involved with the Omaha Alumnae Chapter and can I just say they have been so amazingly welcoming and fantastic. When I initially contacted them over the summer, even though the meetings weren't going on the new member chair still contacted me so that we could meet and get me a packet of info! The meetings are great and there's such a broad range of women in terms of ages and chapters that it's nice. I look forward to getting together with them every month because I know that I'll get to see 30+ of my sisters. I even signed up to potentially take an office (if I get slated). It's been especially nice since I've been moving around a lot the past few years.
