I know this thread is old (and I am late), but I found it rather interesting.
I wonder if our founders would have the disposition that they would only deal with brothers who were "made" at the undergraduate level.
Nowadays, it appears that we have a "fraternity within a fraternity," which brings about strife and division, and it defeats everything that our founders fought hard to eliminate.
I'm simply rambling here, but I think some brothers should (re)consider their thoughts and actions, and ask themselves if the founders would approve of them. If your answer is no, then why in the hell are you acting in that manner? If they wouldn't act this way, then what gives YOU the right??? Too many brothers have forgotten the meaning of Phi Nu Pi.
