agreed, FuzzieAlum. If this women owes money to the chapter, then the chapter has in place a process to recover it or terminate her. Use the IN process!! Get the process started and follow it through to termination and collection agency.
Also, have your chapter president talk to your area fac. to make sure the chapter's side of the story gets on record.
